"The farm is 120 hectares mainly of protected or replanted forests, which focuses on growing specialty coffees with several at a Q-score of 90+.
The coffee is grown organically in only 5 hectares, and includes Typica Mejorada, Sydra, Gesha, and Panamá Geisha varieties.


Our Producer works in harmony with the environment and that is where we get our inspiration from; Nature, and Wave is a philospohy that embraces this understanding and respect of the silent language of nature.

Finca Soledad processes focus on causing the least amount of stress to the living embryo so that when finally roasted, it shines, bringing synergy to the cup and happiness to the responsible consumer.

The variables used, environment, temperature, time, and pressure, are modulated without extreme changes to avoid stress .

For drying ; only indirect sunlight and extended times to control moisture activity.

When being processed whether Washed or Natural, great care is taken, both day and night.

Brewing Instructions

Open, Grind, and Brew to your liking. Preferably utilizing a Pour-over technique.

We believe a 21g dose with 300g of filtered water heated to 195-205F really allows for this coffee to shine. (If you like a slightly softer cup consider 21g with 337g of H2O.)

Brewing with an Aeropress also works wonders! But consider 15g with 250g of water with a temp of 200F. See our tutorials for more info. (coming soon)
