Like the famed triplane, this coffee will have you taking off and soaring in no time.. And this coffee tastes great even with some milk or any way you'd like to "dirty" it up.
This specialty coffee is roasted at the source and shipped via air direct to us in Cumberland Gap, TN from the Intag Valley of Ecuador!. This specialty coffee comes from producer Pepe Jijon, who is a world class coffee producer and roaster in the Andes Mountains in Ecuador. If you'd like to learn more check out our Origins page.

Open, Grind, and Brew to your liking. Preferably utilizing a Pour-over technique.
We believe a 21g dose with 300g of filtered water heated to 195-205F really allows for this coffee to shine. (If you like a slightly softer cup consider 21g with 337g of H2O.)
Brewing with an Aeropress also works wonders! But consider 15g with 250g of water with a temp of 200F. See our tutorials for more info. (coming soon)
